Used this firm for the first time this week to have our boiler serviced ..the guy who came ( Shaun I think his name was...was prompt , friendly, professional and efficient......I cannot recommend this firm too highly.....

Heatwave came to fit my new kitchen and bathroom. Process was made very simple from start to finish. The engineers that we have had on site have all been really polite, on time and kept our house tidy throughout. Friendly and helpful office team, would definitely recommend.

They charge by the minute and wait in their vans before and after the job. That's not to say they don't do a good job, but not telling you this information until you get your invoice feels intentionally dishonest.

I have had heat wave mechanical come in for a couple of jobs including a complete plumbing overhaul, fixing boiler issues and no hot water and they are definitely a reputable company that you can trust who are both honest, professional and really solve the issue at hand. Having had several bad experiences with other plumbers in and around Dorset that don't deliver but still charge. I would highly recommend HeatWave mechanical.
