I had a fantastic experience with Mike at Heatwave, and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC and Air conditioning services. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I called them for a new HVAC system, and they were able to schedule me in quickly. Not only did they fix my HVAC, but I ended up having them do my AC as well. Anyone that wants great quality products and prompt service at an affordable price should give them a call!

Mike was quick to respond and was able to come check out the furnace at our house a few hours later the same day. He was able to fixed the issue fast and even offered advice on basic troubleshooting steps we can try if it happens again. Thank you Mike for your kindness and professionalism. Will definitely call again if we need HVAC services!
Met one of their service trucks on the 400 series hiway drove aggressively changed lanes without signals and cut in front of a pickup that was overtaking the service truck causing and emergency brake check.
I would give 0 but there is none I believe. I saw his number and detail to come for service because they warranted before they install. First I talked to him and he said he ll call me. He did not call me 2 days and now his phone is off. Probably he blocked my number. I would not trust his service. And he answered I am probably mixing to another person. It’s lie.
