FALSE ADVERTISING I ordered by e-mail yesterday the "tune up" they offer for $39.00 and as no response came I did a follow up call by phone. Now it is a $100.00 ARRIVAL FEE plus plus and plus ---So I called them FRAUD ARTISTS and will not fall victim to this scheme
I have had a good experience with Heatwave. I asked them to come back to adjust a few registers and they came back the very next day and adjusted them. I was very pleased! Also, I'm very happy to have new ductwork to cool my house. I can recommend them for your needs. : )
Received an appointment the same day - Tech. was on time and actually early -
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY and their cold calls. This company calls and tells home owners that they have taken over/purchased their maintenance agreement from another HVAC company. This is not the case! They are preying on consumers. If I could give negative stars I would. I have attached a screenshot of a text.
They helped my parents place and did a great job! Would use again!
