Apparently Heatwave is permanently closed and HOME took over their phone number but not their accounts, the HOME representative stated that they are NOT affiliated with Heatwave and that they just took over their phone number and that they dont have access to their records or anything, so sad a business that just closed leaving all that they previously serviced high and dry, any service contracts or warranties just gone down the drain. smh

Very efficient and professional. The contractor weatherization of our air conditioner was necessary because the insulation was in wet condition and some of the wiring wasn't complete. Thank you 😊

They went out of business without any communication to their customers and if you signed up for the "Gold" package you're out of luck. Sobs

It was a pleasure working with the manager Dustin Who initially came out with his crew to repair the pump on one of my central air system. They did such a good job I hired them to come back and install too hot water heater at my triplex. They were kind enough to wear their mask. This part of the interaction has nothing to do with the job however, I’m so grateful I’ll just put it here.
