I had a pipe burst behind the bathroom wall and was panicking about water damage. The plumber responded fast, came fully prepared, and worked with such precision. He cut open only the part of the wall he needed, repaired the pipe quickly, and left the space cleaner than it was before. I’m honestly so thankful I called them first.

I had a very frustrating experience with this plumbing company. I had a water leak from the kitchen ceiling. I booked a plumber to attend to trace a leak, create any access required to fix the leak and fix the leak. There is an en-suite bathroom above the kitchen so this would be the obvious source of the leak. I was charged £129 plus VAT per hour for the service which I paid in advance of the plumber attending. I had been living in this apartment for two years before I realized my water heater was set way too high. It wasn’t until I got a small burn from washing dishes that I called someone to take a look. The plumber lowered the temperature, tested the thermostat, and gave me some really helpful tips on how to check for leaks around the base. It wasn’t a big repair, but he treated it seriously and with respect.

I had just finished painting the bathroom when I noticed the sink drain was leaking underneath. I was worried I’d have to undo part of the vanity install, but the plumber worked carefully and managed to repair the pipe without disturbing any of the finish. He even used a small towel to make sure no tools scratched the surface. It’s rare to find someone that works with that level of attention to detail.
