Suggest you avoid. They came round to un-block a U-Bend. Immediately after that our dishwasher has broken due to the 'flood switch being set off'. This apparently "can not be connected to our plumbing visit" and is outside of scope for their "Gold" warranty. Only use these guys if you want to have more expensive problems to fix after they visit.
If you need an emergency plumber this is the company you need to call. Helped me out in my hour of need and so lovely too.
Thanks for all the hard work guys. We had a leak coming from under our floor boards so called a emergency plumber to help us yes the rates were a bit higher but they had the job completed in the correct time frame and most importantly we have hot water back up and running.
The service we received from them was above and beyond our expectations. Very professional emergency plumbers.
