Brilliant service. I booked my boiler repair online, received great communication and confirmation of my appointment. I got a text telling me the engineer was on route about 30 minutes before he arrived, he kept me informed about what was going on and after I agreed the price he fixed the boiler in one visit. You really do get what you pay for, I’ll be using them again, not too soon hopefully.
Heating and hot water not working. Heatsy agreed to come out and gave a 2 hour arrival window, 7:30pm to 9:30pm. Reached 10pm, and they hadn't arrived. Not responding to phone calls, web chat or emails. No show and completely unreachable.
