Be warned. Purchased a Heatstore 12kW inline water heater from CEF for a client. It was faulty out of the box. Heatstore will only fix it as part of the 3 year warranty not exchange, leaving your client with no hot water in the mean time. Stick with Redring, much better company.
Chris took the time to dig out the details on an ANCIENT heater we found in a house we recently bought, and was kind enough to take the time to check if it could contain asbestos - which is DOES! (I am, of course, absolutely confident that any modern heater will be 100% asbestos free, we're talking about a truly ancient heater here). Extremely kind and good service to go to the effort despite having no financial gain. Thankyou.
