We have used this company for several boiler services and they recently replaced our boiler - sent us good quotes, arrived on time, we’re very helpful and friendly, cleaned up after themselves and even reattached a radiator to the wall for us. Would definitely use this company again.
My previous boiler was needing replaced so contacted heatsafe through their website. Their website was easy to navigate and within 24h I got a call to survey the required job. There was no pressure sale tactics and received my quote by email. Dougie and his team turned up to do the install on the day and time specified. All went to plan , wore PPE and put sheets down on floor etc Cleaned area when job was complete and removed all the rubbish and old boiler. Replacement boiler fitted on short notice due to failure of old one. Very helpful, fast (same day) response, replacement ordered, delivered and installed in 3 working days. Very professional, friendly service, good price, excellent communications and a great job all round. Strongly recommended.
I have used Heatsafe Heating since their early days & would not consider going anywhere else as I have always found them to be reliable, professional, respectful of property & reasonably priced- what's more, they always turn up when they say they will.
