You get paid less than a McDonald's worker. Their "12 point" attendance policy is "at their discretion" which makes it basically a 3 point poilcy. How can you justify a step below mechanical engineering level work and pay less than MCDONALD'S?
It is a good place for average everyday bread and butter, put some food on the table, keep the lights on and a roof over your head job. Heayron is very flexible with scheduling and allowing you time off to take care of your personal needs. I would have given this place fivr stars but yih have to consider. This is a place of businesses and it is a work environment. Hopefully your work place.
This is a small and intimate warehouse complex setting that builds products related to heating components, small appliances, healthcare devices, and more. Great equal opportunity employer with chance for growth and career development.
