My boiler broker down at the most inconvenient time; Eric at HeatPro responded quickly to diagnose the issue, prioritized part ordering, and had me back up and running quickly. He is skilled with my old-school heating system, and I would absolutely use him again for any repairs. There was no upselling or maintenance plan requirements; just good service!
