Great experience in buying a new diesel heater. Very helpful and speedy service.
I met Pango just over two years now, and bought my combi machine from him. I find him to be a very decent man and although incredibly busy, always willing to help. Even though my warranty expired, Pango was always willing to answer a question should I have one. I highly recommended him the go to person if you need anything to do heating equipment for your motorhome or RV or caravan. Regards Eugene

The HS4 diesel heater is everything that was promised. We live off grid and have the heater ducted into two tiny home living spaces. Installation was straight forward and it is super easy to operate. Our diesel use is very low even with running the heater for several hours at night and also in the morning. It heats the room very quickly. Service from Heatport was excellent and emails were answered promptly. Cannot recommend this product highly enough from our experience.
What a fantastic service Pango and his team give. We had a problem with the diesel heater in Westport and I contacted them to help diagnose the issue over the phone, he soon pined the problem to the glow plug, but being that it could be 3 parts that could be the fault, it would be helpful if we could head to Cheviot and let them test it rather than posting a part out, of course we said yes and we headed over.
