Our Heatport duo heater for our bus developed a firing issue with a trauma code of EO25 and all we got in advice was we needed to replace the glow plug. $190 to purchase and over $600 for their recommended mechanic to install. It was not the problem and if they had read their own manual on the unit we could have repaired ourselves for the cost of a fuse.
This company has completely copied the Truma D6 heater which is manufactured in Germany! Truma a company that put years into design and research of there product, just for it to be ripped off by this company and actually sold for more $ in New Zealand than the original one costs in the rest of the world? Good product but customer service is nonexistence. Sent emails to them about a recall they had with the glow plug and never heard anything back. Finally got hold of the office person and they said they will pass it on and will get back to me. Never heard anything back again. In the end, sad to say but I gave up.
