Just bought a car for my wife and the process couldn't have been simpler. We saw the car online on Sunday, phoned to view it on Monday, bought it and picked it up on Thursday - bish, bash, bosh. We'd previously been to 2 manufacturer dealers the day before we visited Heatons and were completely ignored at both - staff there were more interested in holding their own conversations than dealing with customers.
