I’ve been a customer of theirs for a long time. I usually get my parts from here since it’s close by and the prices are fair. They always explain what they’re giving you, and sometimes they even come out to check my car and replace the wiper rubber for free. Avoid this business at all costs — completely untrustworthy and unprofessional. I purchased a small battery for a Honda Jazz for £50, and it developed a fault where the car wouldn’t start — all well within their so-called 2-year warranty. When I returned the battery, the staff brushed me off with vague promises to “we'll recharge” it. Phoned Heaton motors asked for some filters i was told they will be at the shop in an hour. After driving to the store I was informed the filters I want are chines and they have alternative so I had to leave and find another supplier gsf was cheaper too
