Don't need them for years. And then when I do, I felt the booking system is awful.careful as the appointment texts don't give the appointment time in the usual 00:00 format. Once an appointment is made, they are excellent and a positive outcome. The nurse is excellent for the holiday vaccines.
I have had a few occasions to speak with the surgery receptionist lately. I am old and modern technology leaves me baffled sometimes. The receptionist is wonderful, friendly, professional, understanding and very helpful. Thank you
