I joined the practice 7 months ago. Throughout the period I have experienced great service. The whole of the staff from receptionists to doctors I have found to be extremely polite, helpful, respectful, professional and kind. They go out of their way to help in all aspects. I've been frustrated with the difficulty in securing appointments that are long enough to address my concerns properly. It’s also been disappointing to see reviews being booked only to be canceled at the last minute, then rescheduled with long wait times. I shared my feedback with the receptionist — who, to be fair, was one of the better staff members — but I felt it was just lip service. I came here today for my over 40’s health check & was seen by a lovely lady called Janice Kerr. She was so full of knowledge & fantastic advice and acknowledged everything I was saying about my current situation. Janice was so easy to speak too & she has opened my eyes as to how everything works in conjunction with each other in the body & I've learned so much today about health & how to improve things.
