Horrible counselor. Schedules appointments without telling all parties and then gets mad when one party can't make it due to work. Favors female clients and is not accommodating to work schedules. Insists on taking kids out of school, calls to say why did you miss an appointment, regularly used demeaning language and insulted clients who did not listen to her. She is blatantly pro mom so if you are a dad or guy steer clear of her because she will manipulate the "story" to her buddy judge friends and "bend the truth" to make ... read more
Maria is extremely professional, kind and polite. She truly cares about her clients. I would highly recommend her for individual, couples or family counseling. I don't believe there is anyone better!
If I possibly could I would give Maria 100 stars. I credit her insight, non judgemental personality and strategies with helping me live a better happier life and a better me. I truly believe and credit Maria with saving my marriage and family by helping us better communicate and understand perspectives. I recommend Maria to anyone personally or here that needs sound help and advice. I will continue to use Maria for life.
I can’t say enough good things about Maria. I’m not sure who left that “one star” comment. They are COMPLETELY off-base. Maria has offered great insight, suggestions and tools/strategies for me throughout the time I’ve been seeing her. She also maintained an extremely flexible schedule to accommodate my availability. I’ve seen a few therapists over the years. Hands-down, Maria is THE BEST.
Very snarky, unprofessional and condescending. I switched to phone appointments because of my schedule and she told me she cleaning her floors. This was something that happened more than once. She used to write notes then stopped because a gleaming floor was more important. So I had to constantly recap. I would never recommend this “professional “ to anyone.
