The owner Chris is a very helpful and reliable person, that is the model he has for his company also. Heaton Heating and Cooling have come out and responded to late night issues and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and after a couple days, when the parts came in, they were there that day doing the install. I can't recommend this company enough.

Very up front, honest and knowledgeable. Only person to answer the phone at 6 in the morning so he's VERY reliable if you need someone to get to you ASAP. I highly recommend and trust this company. It was a pleasure doing business.
