Rude, unprofessional reception staff who were argumentative about the treatment my husband was going to receive. Kept saying he was booked in for a filling when he wasn't, it was an extraction but as my husband tried to explain this she just kept talking over him. Then rang us back 15 minutes later telling us his appointment in 15 minutes was cancelled due to dentist sickness and thay they'd tried calling us the day before on our landline (we have never had one). Staff need some serious training as apparently if you are being assertive you are arguing (according to them.) Not listening properly to the situation and for the first time has made me think twice about this practice. Left 2 messages for the manager to call and still waiting been told can takes days or week shocking.

This is the worst dentist i’ve been to in my life. The lack of care for patients is disgusting. I’ve been struggling with my teeth for a while for personal reasons and finally decided to get help with them. The receptionist was really kind she wears a headscarf though i can’t remember her name. The actual dentist had a disgusting attitude and thought she was better than everyone else. She made me feel really uneasy and did not make me feel welcome at all.
