Be very sure to go into Lowes or whatever store you are purchasing from. Do NOT buy an installation online. The representative of this company just flat out lied. He said they were the only installer for Lowes. NOT TRUE!! Absolutely ask for a different installer. This company is way over-priced and negligent. They took forever to set up our installation. In fact, we had to call the installer ourselves to get a date. He was very rude and did not call before arriving even though we were told he would. Can't say enoug... read more

We purchased a dishwasher from Lowe's, who contracted with Heaton for the install. Anthony showed up on time when promised, did a quick but thorough installation all by himself. He did an excellent job, we are very pleased!

I would like to praise Johnnie Baker for the professional job of installing a dish washer in my home . Polite and very concise of making sure it was perfect .No wires or drain tubes hanging under my sink and my sprayer even works perfectly after the previous installation was botched. I recommend Heaton Construction 💯. Never have I had any installer put down floor protection! I could go on and on but they are the best 💯

3/27/23 My dishwasher, purchased at Lowes. was installed by Hunter and Nagee from Heaton Construction. Both men were thorough, experienced and did a wonderful job with the installation and finished with an easy to understand explanation of the features of the dishwasher,

Heaton Construction installers Hunter Balch and Najee Hanson installed a dishwasher that I purchased at Lowe's. The installers did an excellent job explaining to me each step required. This job required an additional code approved disconnect and it also included a longer hose. Both installers were professional in their conduct and answered all questions I asked. I would recommend Hunter Balch and Najee Hanson for any future installations.

The experience I had with this company was terrible. The positive reviews you see on some sites are from employees, not real customers. If you want poor to subpar service, look no further than this organization (I use that term loosely). If you have a complaint about their service, your met with unprofessionalism and rudeness. They don’t care about their customers. They’re garbage.

A Heaton Construction employee by the name of Bradley Holland expertly installed my dishwasher and was probably the most professional installer I have ever met. He installed the dishwasher rather quickly and seemed to know his business. Promote immediately!
