John & Teresa Heaton did a fantastic job consolidating my business insurance needs into a comprehensive policy. Now I can sleep better at night knowing that my business is protected.
I've had insurance with Mark and Noelle for several years and am disgusted that they would send me to collections for a $128 unpaid invoice for motor vehicle insurance when the coverage was removed a month prior and they never called asking for me to get this taken of. The other issue is that I can never get ahold of anyone directly. I have to leave a message and they will get around to it when they can or send an email (very impersonal). Especially disappointed by their lack of personal interaction with their clients.
Ok all my insurance I buy at Nation wide. I think they are the best. Call before you stop in, they may be out of the office. Very friendly, and helpful. When you stop in tell them Joe sent You...they will say Joe Who...that's me
