Worst experience with this company, No one answers your call or emails. Nicole at the register is so rude and unwilling to help. Literally dont waste your time to get help from them.
I had two guys come out to my place to service my aircons, they were very professional but what I really appreciated was their honesty with what was wrong with my aircons and sharing with me the different options available without trying to influence my decision, they were polite and efficient and I highly recommend HeatNcool-Tech Pty Ltd so much so that shall be getting them back for services in future and getting future aircons installed
Disappointing experience. Aman the owner came out to site check and prepare a quote for supply/fit 2 x new split systems and changeover evaporative cooler on roof. He came out on 3/9/25. He said I will get the quote the following week. Three weeks later never received quote. Obviously he was not interested. If you are after a quote be wary. In my experience Aman did not have the courtesy to contact me or tell me on the spot if he did not want to quote the job. Contacted Actron who recommended HeatNCool Tech for a repair on my integrated Actron unit. Had already had another firm out (who installed the system 8 years earlier) who misdiagnosed and caused ongoing delays - This delay ultimately resulted in further unnecessary costs and prolonged disruption. Spoke to HeatnCool day 1. Technician called day 2. Had organised a visit 4 days later but they were able to arrive that afternoon and run diagnostics, then replace the required part.
