I put money down a heating unit which was supposed to be put in before cold weather hit last year. Their person how was supposed to put it in came out took measurements and everything and told us he would put us on the list. He sent me a message around December to let me know we were coming up on the list and would be soon. By January we tried to get a hold of him and couldn't finally sent him a message September because we still hadn't got our furnace put in and had to go through a different company to get a wood boiler fur... read more
