Disappointment. Took 5 hours to locate a plugged up fule line. I was charged 500 for it. Heater didn't work a week later. Espar fixed it under warranty using a different service center.
I had the opportunity to discuss the installation of my Espar B4L M2 into my camper van with Heatmo manager. Very knowledgeable. It run me through the quotes, appeared very accurate, kept informed during installation since was a very custom work. They did extra work to make the final product 100% correct. They did all possible to make the install perfect and with no extra charge, which saved me more money actually. I am definitely recommending to use their service. top notch!
Whole team is experienced and helpful especially Keith. My tripac had an electric issue. I went to 4-5 places before them, but nobody figured out the problem properly and after 1 -2 days apu keeps shutting down .then Keith and his team fix my apu ,and tripac is working perfect
