Heatline Renewables installed a heat pump for us. They were polite and made installation as easy as possible. I would recommend them if you’re thinking of having a heat pump fitted. They even installed a shower as well . They also have great customer service . We are very pleased at how warm the house is now. They are also reliable and will not let you down. Thanks Billy and Frank.

We called Heatline first thing on Saturday morning due to a blocked toilet when our attempts to unblock it had failed. Billy arrived within the hour and resolved it very quickly at a really reasonable price. He also identified the underlying cause (shoddy pipe work). Great service, would recommend this company.

Billy recently fixed a problem with our central heating and hot water, which included replacing our old failing kingspan air source heat pump with a new vaillant model. We had been experiencing issues with the old unit when Billy diagnosed the problem and arranged for the installation of a new pump. The vaillant pump was delivered and fitted by Billy and was working initially, but began to show issues.
