He even took the time to answer all my questions about the boiler. Very pleasant and professional, highly recommended!! Thank you!
We’ve used HMS for years and they’ve usually been great. However, when we phoned today about urgent damage to a radiator (a pipe bent and split while decorating), we were told they couldn’t attend this month, and next month their engineer will be on jury service. Unfortunately, that leaves us without heating and waiting two months for help. As much as we’ve rated them in the past and recommended them to friends and family, this seems unreasonable for an urgent issue.
