Thorough, professional and informative, Mr. Simpson took care of both of our AC units and provided excellent recommendations for future maintenance. He was prompt, helpful and friendly, it was a delight to go through his business. He installed a new used compressor and found a great deal, without over charging us. Owner of the company showed up on schedule as promised. Lee was able to correct the issues with our A/C unit at our Solar Farm Office building in Reisel, TX. This Solar Farm is ran by Enel Green Power, one of the leading commercial solar providers in the industry and we would trust Simpson Air to come back and perform any repairs for us if needed.

Very friendly and professional he responded right away and on my appointment date he came at the exact time of the appointment . He fixed my AC in less then hour. Very knowledgeable and knows what he doing he I will definitely be using him again.
