New to the area, new to the Boiler! which suddenly decided to shut down, red light flashing. Called HBS Neston, & was offered immediate advice by Tom. Some boiler images transferred - he got straight back to me - professional, kind & understanding, brilliant service & calm advice. All sorted, boiler up & running again, offering peace of mind in my new home. Thank you so much Tom, you are a gentleman.
Just had a combi boiler fitted to replace our old boiler and have to say Paul and Kevin were great from start to finish, they are hardworking lads very polite, tidy and put everything back and cleaned up each day they were here, A credit to the company and would highly recommend them.
Brilliant service this morning from Tom and Jay. I had a plumbing emergency and had to turn off the water. Tom organised forJay to call round within the hour. Jay was really quick and efficient and left everything spotless. Dealing with these guys made a bad situation much easier!
I had a new heating system installed by HBS with new anthracite radiators. Brilliant job & very reasonable 👍👍
