The new water heater that Paul and Tafari installed leaked daily for a year prior to Paul coming out and fixing it as he was either unresponsive or doing other things (including prioritizing personal fun). The leaking and unresponsiveness caused me great distress as my water heater is ontop of an old wooden platform. He also did my sister's water heater and the installation was found to violate code. Paul cut corners, PSE told me his work was not up to code on my water heater he installed. Paul and Rhonda (the owners) asked me to leave a 5 star review. They also said they got their friends to leave 5 star reviews, you can also see that the owner and his worker left themselves 5 star reviews on this site. Don't trust or use them!
If you are looking for a boiler expert, I have great trust in Paul. His knowledge in radiant heat is extensive and the work is high quality. Paul replaced my aging oil boiler system with an updated electric boiler, a big undertaking requiring custom retrofitting. The work was done efficiently, Paul worked with me on cost, and I recommend him highly.
Paul was a lucky find in a sea of confusion surrounding my multi zone hydronic heating system. Although it was a new system, the name brand installers failed to wire it properly, or explain even simple maintenance that I could do as a homeowner to keep my expensive system running and safe from failure. My frustrations came to an end when Paul showed up. He was able to make the 9 zone hydronic system function properly and efficiently, and showed me what to maintain on the boiler.
