Go elsewhere if you need quick service. Wasted two hours and will have to go another day without heating. All of the reviews are old and by the parking lot and the gate, it looks like it might be permanently closed.
Called and left several messages with no return call. Drove to building and found it closed up.
Came home to no heat and an outside temp in the 20's. Self diagnosed that the blower motor had gone bad. Called them and they had me fixed the next morning as the part was not in stock. Fair price and great service....
After determining I needed a new relay for my furnace, I was advised I would hear back from them no later than 9am the next morning as to when they would return to install the part. I spoke to a person in the office the next day and was advised the same thing. It’s two days later, no one is answering the phone and it’s very cold!! Very unprofessional!!
They never called me back so I had to use someone else
