Chris and AJ were neat and clean, efficient , well synchronized team personable and knowledgeable. They called 30 minutes before to let us know they were on the way so we could lock up the dogs just over 4 hours to remove and and Install a Lennox furnace, AC unit and evap coil. Heating and Cooling Doctors answered all our questions and from pulling the trigger to complete install was less than 3 days.

Our air conditioning went out during the heat wave (95+ degrees) in Southeastern Wisconsin. I called Heating and Cooling Drs on a Sunday and the owner (Alex) answered. He offered to visit that day but not wanting to pay the " "weekend emergency fee" we agreed on Monday morning. Monday, right on time, Jeff and Peter came to assess the situation. Excellent help from Alex. William was the tech who came out and tried the repair option recommended by another service by switching out the control board which did not work. He then went back to his office and switched out the gas valve counseling me at the same time that replacement would be advised as it would come with warranty etc. when that did not work Alex washed out the charges and setup replacement furnace for the next day which was a Sunday. All went smooth and Chris was on top of everything!
