Nearly ran off the road by these sleazebags in their grocery getter.
Do NOT use this company, Christopher Dean, aka American Climate Technology. They are the single most unreliable, unresponsive and unprofessional company i have ever dealt with. I called in a Service Request on our built in microwave to Sears Home Warranty on 15 February 2018. Tara with Christopher Dean responded on 16 February and within a couple minutes on site said the problem was the "Control Board" which they would have to order and would take one to two weeks; of course i had to pay her the $75 deductible.
