This is a one person company who outsources your taxes to another accountant so you should start elsewhere first and cut out the middle man. Not sure where the "associates" were unless he has a split personality. Called and made an appointment 2/15. Met him and gave most of our paperwork for our small business 2/20. Never met him at an office. My bf had to meet him at random public places. I'm sure that picture isn't his "office".
