I have been searching for apartments for over 2 months and this has been the easiest, most informative out of any other location I toured. Management has been extremely helpful answering any questions I had and have been very accommodating. Showed me multiple units with different styles to help best suit my preferences. Would highly recommend reaching out if you’re interested in a newly updated apartment. I have not moved in yet, but am extremely excited to get settled in to my new apartment!
UPDATE #2 Nope. I lived at Heathmoore for more than 8 years. The only time I ever failed to pay rent was my last month. Know why? Because this landlord made it impossible to find a new home and pay rent at the same time. I read a copy of their new lease. It absolutely said that renters were responsible for plumbing. So nice try, but again, no. Want to know what they did after reading my review? Harassed me with at least 10 phone calls in a row. I guess no one taught them that when someone says no, they mean no. I've had a great experience since moving into this community. The new owners have done an amazing job with the extensive renovations, and it's clear they're committed to making the property a great place to live. Nathan, the regional property manager, has been incredibly helpful and responsive, always making sure any questions or issues are resolved quickly. It's refreshing to have management that genuinely cares about their residents. Highly recommend!
UPDATE: Murad Management bought Heathmoore and decided to remodel everything. Great, right? Sadly, it’s not. Everyone has to move out of their existing apartment for extensive remodeling that takes months. They’re also raising the rates by almost $500 per month, yet there are NO community amenities. No pool, no fitness center, nothing. Paying $1,750 for an apartment that was already overpriced at $1,250 is ridiculous. I was honestly hesitant at first because of the older reviews, but this property is clearly under new management and the difference is obvious. The team genuinely seems to care about improving the community and the living experience for residents. The manager I’ve worked with has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the process.
