UPDATE: Murad Management bought Heathmoore and decided to remodel everything. Great, right? Sadly, it’s not. Everyone has to move out of their existing apartment for extensive remodeling that takes months. They’re also raising the rates by almost $500 per month, yet there are NO community amenities. No pool, no fitness center, nothing. Paying $1,750 for an apartment that was already overpriced at $1,250 is ridiculous. I was honestly hesitant at first because of the older reviews, but this property is clearly under new management and the difference is obvious. The team genuinely seems to care about improving the community and the living experience for residents. The manager I’ve worked with has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the process. I submitted a request to tour and get more information for an available apartment over 1 week ago. I've not been contacted by anyone. Terrible service. On this alone I v would not recommend. I've now signed a lease elsewhere.
The new management has been amazing, great communication and fast maintenance!
I’ve lived in many apartment buildings and can say with full confidence that this is by far the best one. The staff and management here make you feel like family, and maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new home!
