Dr. Lin and Winnie have been incredible through both our pregnancies and regular check-ups. Their care, kindness, and professionalism made us feel supported every step of the way. Truly grateful to have them looking after our family!
Lovely staff from admin to the wonderful doctors. I was recommended the place and brought my new baby here, now I highly recommend to others as a great family practice. The nurses are wonderful with the children for immunisations too.
First time going to heathmont gp, I was severely disappointed in Dr Sophia Samuel. She treated me like a toddler and had very intimidating behaviour, I felt uncomfortable and as if I could not ask any questions. I suggested a medication that has helped me in the past and she blatantly said no without hearing me out. She prescribed me a medication even tho she said “this will not help you”. One star only for the receptionists who were friendly and helpful.
Sandra (receptionist) is rude and unprofessional. Just horribly rude, she should not be on the phones or at reception
