Reception stuff was extremely rude over the phone. Didn’t even end up making an appointment with them.
Like many have said here before, the tone and rudeness of one receptionist in particular at this practise is nothing short of shameful. Let's face it, some people just shouldn't be in customer service as they have no empathy or compassion towards people.. If they cant leave their personal problems behind and instead, choose to willingly inflict their vile nonsense on innocent people at the workplace who they come across, maybe get a job picking strawberries on your own where you can't do any harm to people because you don't ... read more
My family and I happily drive 20 min to see the doctors at Heathmont. Winnie is my main GP but we have seen the majority of the doctors over the years and they’re all wonderful. I actually am blown away by the care I’ve received with late night check-in phone calls or phoning through results even over the weekend to give me peace of mind. The admin staff are great and have shown a lot of understanding when fitting me in last minute due to health complexities. Second to none! Highly recommend.
While the doctors at this place are great, I can not say the same about the reception staff. Each time I call, or go into this practice I leave feeling belittled. As someone with extreme social anxiety, this type of behaviour makes me put off booking in appointments. These receptionists have no idea why an individual may be booking in to see a doctor, and being treated with at least an ounce of kindness and respect goes a long way. I have been attending this clinic for 8 years now and although some doctors are great - Dr Bronwyn and Dr Kaitlin specifically, the reception team are extremely rude. There had been so many times over the last 8 years where reception staff have been short, extremely rude, lack empathy with anything not straight forward and generally unhelpful, to the point I have to have my husband call to book mine and my child appointments. I would love to recommend this service but the reception staff are impossible to deal with.
