I have recently sold my flat via Heathgate Properties and I would highly recommend them. The process of buying/selling a Grade II listed property (Leasehold, with a share of freehold!) can be arduous and lengthy, but Jeremy Landes assisted me every step of the way and he was very helpful and supportive (and very patient with me!).
