On June 2nd 2017 at 1230 at night there were people being really loud and had like 3 cars outside their house their car alarm keep going off. I find this highly rude for the people who are trying to sleep that have to work the next morning. I hope this problem gets addressed.
I am new to the park- only one year, but when I first started making rent payments, they all went perfectly to the park, then one day I got an eviction notice. I knew that I had made my payment as usual by auto pay that I use as a convenience by my bank. The payment never (at least that is what the office told me) made it by mail to the office.We are allowed, at least everyone in the park is except me, to ask for a one time waiver of the fee.
