On June 2nd 2017 at 1230 at night there were people being really loud and had like 3 cars outside their house their car alarm keep going off. I find this highly rude for the people who are trying to sleep that have to work the next morning. I hope this problem gets addressed.

I am new to the park- only one year, but when I first started making rent payments, they all went perfectly to the park, then one day I got an eviction notice. I knew that I had made my payment as usual by auto pay that I use as a convenience by my bank. The payment never (at least that is what the office told me) made it by mail to the office.We are allowed, at least everyone in the park is except me, to ask for a one time waiver of the fee. I had the same problem as another park resident, only I was treated so much worse! I used bank by mail at my bank, they sent out my rent payment 2 weeks before it was due, but somehow it did not get to the office. I received a 3 day eviction notice and when I got all my paperwork together to show it was mailed out from my bank on time, I tried to resolve this problem with the office but was told by the office staff that they didn't like me and were not going to help me with anything because of my personality. I drove the parks in Bloomington, and Heatherwood was the nicest. We helped my daughter buy a home there. The rules help make it a quiet, clean, and safe place to live. I am very pleased with my daughter being there as Management is on top of any problems right away. They allowed her to put up a fence for the kids, and she had been allowed to landscape. All around a very nice affordable place to be. PJB.
