I received your request to complete a feedback survey regarding my maintenance request, but the issue with my kitchen sink has still not been fixed. I submitted this request a couple of weeks ago, and no work has been done yet. It is confusing to be asked for feedback before any service has been completed. I would appreciate it if the repair could be addressed as soon as possible. Once the issue is resolved, I will be happy to provide accurate feedback. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I had put in a service request for my washer and it took them TWO MONTHS to look at it. I went in several times to ask for an update and all the office staff could tell me was “maintenance is doing the best they can…” I finally got a phone call while I was on vacation asking for permission to enter, I let them. I come back from vacation 4days later and I walked in and heard that my washer was making a noise. The noise it makes when it’s on the draining cycle. My washer started leaking on Wednesday and was replaced on Thursday. The maintenance guys were friendly, quick and professional.
