Excellent management with a heart of gold; office staff are personable and efficient and caring (and they even go out of their way for a person, too!); abundant trees and nature. Very close to Fred Meyer and Sprouts Farmer's Market, but feels like it is in the country. Maintenance staff are all well groomed, personable, willing, capable, on time, and caring. This apartment community is well managed, clean, and welcoming. The leasing office has been very helpful and professional. Special thanks to" Karen Aviles" for her kindness, excellent customer service, and support throughout the process. She made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommended. We would like to thank her once again for all her help and truly appreciate everything she has done for us.
