The service at the offices is terrible. I feel like they don't care about your needs as a resident. The contract includes a washer and dryer that doesn't work. We've been requesting a repair for over a month, and no one has come. We went to the office to inquire about it, and they say they'll send a message to maintenance, but time passes, and nothing happens. We feel like the contract is being breached, and we're being ignored.

Horrible place they never seem to get their rules in place they’ll blame you for not following the rules but won’t enforce them on other people it’s certainly a pick and choose situation and I’ve also had dogs from apartment complex A run up to me and my dog and try to attack us we told the office that this has happened more than once and they’ve never done anything about it because the dogs still get out and for some reason the people living in the apartment also have this area blocked off as if it were there own which both... read more
Update: The company fixed the issue from March, credited back the money my son overpaid in April, and then screwed up his May rent bill. They are not responding to the email they asked me to use to contact them either so we can get the May bill fixed. The place is a joke. They can't seem to handle simple administrative tasks without making a mistake. The complex charged the incorrect rent for the month of March 2025 for my son (whom I manage his financial affairs).
