I primarily go to this practice to see Dr Anju who I find very polite and professional stars for Dr Anju However while waiting in the reception area ,one cannot help but overhear Dr Kamala being very rude and condescending to her junior staff / dental assistants. This is not the first time this has occurred . Other patients have noticed it too, they look at each other and roll their eyes. I’ve had such an amazing experience at Heatherton Dental! Dr Kamala and Dr Basty Douglas have both been incredible throughout my orthodontic treatment as well as my general check-ups and cleans.
