Receptionist so rude applied for a job here and they called me and I asked why they called me for didn’t not even introduce themselves as where they’re calling from and they did not even help me when I asked why they are calling extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour. If you’re looking to work here as a D/A I do not recommend - 0/10 receptionist.
We had an appointment today. After taking a day off from work, driving for an hour, after reaching the premises, dentist informs, they are not taking new cases. They didn’t have the common courtesy to call and inform not to come. On questioning, the dentist tells me, he is not the one to book appointments. The appointment was booked over a month ago. Very unprofessional behaviour.
