Dr Dulip- absolutely terrible mental health support. Initial appointment missed for scheduling miscommunication reasons and will not allow re-book. Seems a good thing that I missed the appointment because this is a clear reflection of the understanding and gentle support on offer for people during their most vulnerable time. The Google reviews are all very reflective of the poor service on offer. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere
I was dropped at this place when I was 20 years old do your loved one a favour if u care and take them elsewhere . I have many years and years experience as a patient and parent the review s on here mostly bad are very precise
Will recommend great clinic if you want honest support
I had an appointment with Dr. Das today, I found him to be up front and honest, understanding and yes he is there to decide if you are entitled. Work cover was not what I thought, mental health is a large problem. The sooner work cover acknowledges this the better it will be. If I had to do work cover over again, then no I would not. Can confirm, Dr Hillol Das may be good at working for TAC and work-cover. He is not good at working for his patients mental health. I found him to be tactless, cold, weirdly adversarial so I never went back. Very unhelpful at the time. He also shared almost everything I told him with my GP, I was under the impression conversations had during psychiatrists consultations were confidential. The GP asked for an assessment, not a biography.
