I had an appointment with Dr. Das today, I found him to be up front and honest, understanding and yes he is there to decide if you are entitled. Work cover was not what I thought, mental health is a large problem. The sooner work cover acknowledges this the better it will be. If I had to do work cover over again, then no I would not. Work cover are not here to help, they are here to judge. If they ask to jump, just ask how high. Can confirm, Dr Hillol Das may be good at working for TAC and work-cover. He is not good at working for his patients mental health. I found him to be tactless, cold, weirdly adversarial so I never went back. Very unhelpful at the time. He also shared almost everything I told him with my GP, I was under the impression conversations had during psychiatrists consultations were confidential. The GP asked for an assessment, not a biography.

Dismissed a health diagnosis with no base knowledge of patient. Told it had nothing to do with issues. It is a major heath diagnosis with Anxiety and depression due to neurological changes...go figure. Professional poor behaviour. Wouldn't get away with that in other work places.
