64 yr old woman who couldn't see fill screen when placing order. Then saw $26 ship fee. Immediately sent note via contact online Sent many emails to cancel order. No response. No idea about product. Not good customer service. If you see this, please cancel order. Sad.
Hosts are Incredibly welcoming and all the critters are so loved and socialized. Great experience.
