Atmosphere is awesome but need One on one with newbies and not be rushed.
Stopped by for the first time yesterday with my boyfriend. At first the customer service had sucked. We had received no greeting upon entering, like we were being ignored and then about 3 minutes later, someone else walked in and had been greeted. Weird. But we were looking in one of the showcases and beyond those purple doors walked out the most amazing person. Although I have forgotten his name, he was super helpful and very informative on all the products! I absolutely love y'alls store and will be back!
