I have tried this place a few times, the last time I went my hair was really uneven, so she didn't charge me full price. Seems she is always in a rush because she is the only one cutting hair. Even when made an appointment so she wouldn't rush .... someone walks in she tries to hurry to get to the next customer. Definitely disappointed, hair was totally lopsided even though I made an early appointment, and I had to pay for a bad haircut. Edit. Highly recommend! It was my first time going and Heather did such a great job - shes fast and she knows what suits you, and ask for your preferred length etc. I feel comfortable and shes very welcoming. The haircut is also affordable which in this economy is such a win! Definitely will return and be a regular! :)
