To say my experience was wonderful is an understatement! When the owner of the HG community takes time out of her busy schedule to consult with you on how to get back on track after surgery safely and effectively, you know you are apart of something special. My session was so informative and individualized to my body, my needs and my schedule. Cannot express my gratitude enough!
Heather's gym is an amazing community filled with such wonderful people! I absolutely LOVE the variety of classes and times. My struggle with gyms in the past (and I have tried it all) has been... 1 Classes available to hold me accountable 2 variety of classes so that I don't get bored 3 An environment where I am not intimidated and look forward to going 4 A variety of classes times to work with my crazy Healthcare schedule Heather's Gym checks all of those boxes and so much more!
Community based- positive and hands down the best people throughout. It’s not a workout it’s a lifestyle!
The coaches are always friendly and the gym is one of the larger ones I have been to! Thank you for always welcoming me as if I was one of your local members!
