Heba and her staff are wonderful. This is a fully independent, customer-focused pharmacy in a world where most pharmacies are chains nowadays and don't even compound in-house. Heather's pharmacy does everything in-house, are knowledgeable, time efficient, and everyone goes above and beyond. Heba is SO focused on patient education, maintaining high standards for compounded prescriptions and making every interaction a positive one. Support local!

I moved my prescriptions to Heather's shortly after she opened. It was a good decision. Heather is both knowledgeable and helpful. It is a friendly welcoming place. I am glad that I moved.
Heather/Heba's is a small, very efficient INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER FOCUSED pharmacy in my neighbourhood. Even if I moved I would continue to use Heather's pharmacy. All of the staff are personable and well informed. What I really love is the opportunity to greet Heather or another pharmacist face to face. I feel like a real individual and that the pharmacist is really switched on to my situation.
