Heba and her team are the best. I don’t even know how to explain it, but it’s a totally different experience going to Heather’s Pharmacy vs any other pharmacy in the city - I feel totally safe, welcomed, and seen. They take their time to get to know all of their clients, and they give really helpful suggestions and tips you take back to your physician (and Heba is always spot on). Heba and her staff are wonderful. This is a fully independent, customer-focused pharmacy in a world where most pharmacies are chains nowadays and don't even compound in-house. Heather's pharmacy does everything in-house, are knowledgeable, time efficient, and everyone goes above and beyond.
