Heather/Heba's is a small, very efficient INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER FOCUSED pharmacy in my neighbourhood. Even if I moved I would continue to use Heather's pharmacy. All of the staff are personable and well informed. What I really love is the opportunity to greet Heather or another pharmacist face to face. I feel like a real individual and that the pharmacist is really switched on to my situation. I am hoping one day there is some sort of contest for best pharmacy in the city because Heather's Pharmacy would take first place by a long shot. On my first visit, I was impressed to see how Heather's kind approach to my family's wellbeing was shown through her listening and patience.
