We have been living in this beautiful country for the past 4 and a half years, and from the beginning, almost 95% of my friends told me that the healthcare system here was not good—that it is difficult to get proper treatment on time, long waiting lists for GP appointments, and that GPs don’t always take people’s feelings seriously. Lady on the desk tries to STOP YOU HAVING A EMERGANCY APPOINTMENT. THEY MAKE THERE OWN NHS RULES. (CANT HAVE A SICK NOTE GRANTED BEFORE THE ORGINAL ONE EXPIRES) THE MOST UNHELPFUL MERDICAL CENTER WITH SNOTTY ADMIN.

I've got to be honest. Going to Heatherlands medical centre is like checking into a 5 star hotel and not the Dr's surgery. Every member of staff makes you feel like it's their job to look after you and your not a burden. Even with different shift patterns they always get to find you an appointment and the Dr's have already looked at your files before you've gone into see them. I wish I'd gone here sooner rather than being frustrated at another local surgery.

Natalie was a great nurse who made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She made the experience much better than I have previously had for the same type of appointment. She was very understanding and friendly.
