I can’t thank this surgery enough for the support and care I’ve received over the past two years. During some very difficult times, the whole team has gone above and beyond to help me, always showing kindness, patience, and genuine understanding. I’ve felt listened to, supported, and never treated like just another patient. Their compassion and dedication have made such a positive difference to my life, and I’m truly grateful for everything they’ve done for me. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care.

‘Reasonable adjustments’ for a learning disabled young person have never once been an issue there - until recently, - shocked to find that staff didnt seem to understand -or want to understand - even when it was explained to her . - left us feeling unheard and therefore unsafe - moved to a different practice, with staff who understand the reasonable adjustments required and are not ‘just extended appointmets’ and are able and willing to discuss what is required.

My wife and I have been with the practice for seven years and have always been totally satisfied with the services it has provided. Appointments are reasonably easy to make and usually we see a doctor the same day, if we ask. The practice probably saved my life after it gave me a PSA test on request and this led to the discovery of prostate cancer. I underwent radiotherapy and hormone treatment and was eventually considered to be "cured". Thank you Heatherlands. Stan Bainbridge.
