Not a good place to live. Much better options in Valdosta. The apartments are run down inside. They upped rent because they were getting a front gate and it has not worked for two years now. Management is terrible. Don't expect to get a call back or anything fixed in a timely manner. Cars get broken into all the time. No parking room. Poorly run. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
The parking situation is severely lacking. People have to park in grass, in the dirt, etc and there still isn’t enough space. Lots of car break-ins and half the time the street/pole lights are out so it gets very dark and unsafe at night. Have seen trash heaps from people moving out sit outside a garage for WEEKS before (don’t expect management to fix or clean anything in a timely manner).
