Do NOT move here. This place is a complete nightmare. Management does not care about their tenants or the community. On top of that, good luck getting any clear communication—especially when it comes to your refund. They will drag their feet, refuse to provide proper documentation, and act like you’re bothering them for asking for what you’re owed. Extremely unprofessional and shady. The whole place gives off the vibe that they just want your money and nothing else. Avoid this place at all costs.
If you’re considering living here, don’t. The management is completely unprofessional and unreliable. Communication is poor, and when it comes to important matters like refunds and paperwork, they drag their feet and make the process way more difficult than it should be. I’ve had to chase them down for answers that should’ve been handled right away, and they still don’t provide clear updates. It feels like once they have your money, they stop caring.
