They make it hard for you to pay your rent on time so they get overseas 3 months in a row now they say rent starts anywhere between $400 to $600 it's more like around $ 800 or more
My son and I lived here for one year in the RV spots. My spot needed upgraded to a 50amp service Jessica was happy to take care of that for me and was very accommodating. I had a house come available that I couldn’t pass up otherwise we would have continued to live there! Highly recommend
