I’ve lived at Heatherbrook Apartments for two years now and have had a great experience! The maintenance team is responsive; they address work orders quickly and efficiently. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, and the community is kept clean and well-maintained. Plus it’s cost-efficient, which is a huge plus in this crazy economy! I recommend them :)
The office manager, Ashley, at Heatherbrook Garden apartments was beyond amazing! She was personable, genuinely cared about her tenants, and always went above and beyond despite everything she had on her plate 24/7. I hope Century group realizes the workload they give that girl and yet she always keeps a smile on her face and always has the patience of a saint!!!! Bad brown recluse problem. One descended on me last night at 4am
I have lived here for a year and finally moving out. Pros The area is good. The community is quiet. Rent is reasonable Decent apartments with enough space Enough parking Cons Maintenance takes forever to fix anything Small swimming pool No outside storage Ants if you live on ground floor. Overall management is substandard. If you plan on renting here, please avoid apartment 1106 D for your sanity. The upstairs neighbors just moved in this July.
