So far, so good! For a large community as Heatherbrae, the amount of neighbor interactions my family and I have experienced, is far better than we expected! This is truly a wonderful community.
The management team is incredibly responsive and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I am happy and comfortable. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my choice to live here and I highly recommend. :)
Edit: we had terrible upstairs neighbor. 2 kids that would run around and we had banging on our roof all hours. Manager couldn’t do anything to stop them. We would be woken up at 4a when the kid would jump out of bed and run around the house. We were told that because it was a a kid, nothing could be done. We ended up having to move out because management legally had no rights to enforce anything about quiet hours. It drove us away after 2 and 1/2 years. Incredible apartments. Maintenance is very quick to fix issues should they arise and extremely professional. Office staff was amazing as well. Very quiet community and family oriented. HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for apartment living. Thank you heatherbrae staff and community for a great 5 Years for our family.
