Avery is fantastic in the front office. Gave us a call and returned my lost wallet which was a life saver. Maintenance is very responsive and communicative through the process and creating a ticket is a breeze.
This apartment complex has locked 2 cats in an apartment without food or water for a few days now. They’re ignorant and negligent and HEARTLESS.
I'm very happy with my experience here. The move in process was very smooth. The apartment is excellent. Management and maintenance is friendly and helpful. Well maintained grounds.
Positives: The apartments are spacious and functional. Having an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and large pantry greatly improves quality of life. The free gym is a nice perk, though the pool is usually too crowded. Negatives: Rent hikes are steep. Our 2-bed, 1-bath unit went from $1,500 to nearly $1,800, yet their website offers our layout to new residents for $1,598. Pricing out loyal tenants feels counterintuitive.
