My ears were cleaned out with water by her assistant and they were fine. But Heather came in with some contraption that had an led light on the end and poked it in my ear not only did that hurt but I let her know that it hurt. I was always told that people aren't supposed to put things in their ears let alone a stick. I left there with my ear bleeding.
I was very discouraged because I have been going to Heather Williams since I’ve moved to Pensacola and she is had been a good healthcare provider . I recently moved to Destin area but still made my trips to go see her . Her receptionist wax not very sympathetic to me at all I was limping to get to her office and was 10 minutes late and I left my billfold in my glove compartment box in my car and asked if I could give her my co-payment after the visit .
